The gourmet burger joint in Tenerife
Since 2020, obsessed with the best burger in the Canary Islands.
We started in 2020 in Tacoronte with a simple idea: make the burgers we ourselves would want to eat. Hand-picked meats, home-baked brioche, fresh ingredients and proper technique. No shortcuts.
Our own blend of prime cuts, dry-aged in-house. We use it on our flagship burgers and weigh it to the gramme: 180 g for the classics, double 120 g Fat Smash for the big hitters.
The bun makes the difference. We bake it to hold all the juice without losing texture, with just the right amount of sweetness. Because great beef on a mediocre bun is still mediocre.
Our own jams and sauces, onions in two textures, bacon in two cuts, cured-beef chutneys. Every burger has 6 to 10 elements designed to add up, not to fill space.
Our menu isn't shaped by our own taste alone. We enter the national burger competitions and bring back medals. Here's what we've earned.
